PROCESSING TIMES

In-Stock Orders
In-stock merchandise is typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Personalized + Embroidered Orders
Because these pieces are customized especially for you, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be created and shipped.

During holidays, special events and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

PRE-ORDERS + MADE-TO-ORDER STYLES

Pre-order, made-to-order and special-edition items may have different shipping timelines. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the individual product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

U.S. SHIPPING

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.

FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

Shipping rates and available expedited options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it sooner? When available, expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout.

Please keep in mind that choosing expedited shipping speeds up the carrier's delivery time but does not necessarily shorten our processing time—especially for personalized, embroidered or made-to-order pieces.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order before shipment, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier.

If you still can't locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you determine the best next steps.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
